CANCELLATION POLICY

For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours I charge 50% of the service total. Cancellation fees apply regardless of reason. No Show Policy: If you fail to cancel or show to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service booked. Please note, I offer a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, a no-show fee will apply and your appointment may need to be rescheduled to keep the rest of my day on track. Thanks for understanding! All services are final sale — refunds are not offered on completed services. If you have any concerns with your service, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address it. Corrections requested after the 48-hour window will be treated as a new service and billed accordingly.
